Cancel NissanConnect Services

The NissanConnect Services agreement says that to cancel you must call toll free on 1-844-543-2964, and that only some customers who bought a Service Plan online, in certain states, can cancel online. Subscriptions renew automatically for another term of the same length at the price in effect at renewal.

  2. Have the vehicle VIN and the name on the account ready
  3. To check what you are paying for first, sign in to the MyNISSAN Owner Portal at nissanusa.com/owners.html, pick the vehicle, scroll to Connected Services and choose Manage Subscription
  4. General NissanConnect support is 1-855-426-6628, Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm CST
