Cancel Notion

Billing is per workspace, so switch to the paid workspace first. In the sidebar open Settings, then Billing, then Change plan, choose Free, then Downgrade. The change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. Only a workspace owner can do it, on a desktop browser.

Open Notion on a desktop browser and switch to the paid workspace
Click Settings in the left sidebar
Click Billing
Click Change plan and choose the Free plan
Click Continue, give feedback, then click Downgrade
