Cancel NRMA

There is no cancel button. My NRMA lets you view your membership information and update your details, nothing else. The membership terms say you contact NRMA to cancel, on 13 11 22, and the direct debit terms want the cancellation confirmed no less than 3 business days before your next monthly payment date.

Ask them to cancel the direct debit arrangement as well
Confirm the direct debit cancellation no less than 3 business days before your next monthly payment date
Ask for written confirmation and the date cover ends
