Nurx has no cancel button. Message the care team on nurx.com or in the app, email support, or call 1-551-290-3134, 8am to 8pm ET daily. Cancel within 48 hours of the refill reminder to avoid the next charge. Patients in New York and California can cancel from the dashboard.
