Open Subscription Overview, then Cancel your subscription. Digital plans usually cancel online after one or two retention offers. Print and some older accounts are still routed to a chat agent or a phone call. Access runs to the end of the billing period.

- Under Manage Subscriptions, choose Cancel your subscription
- Decline the retention offers and confirm
