Cancel The New York Times

Open Subscription Overview, then Cancel your subscription. Digital plans usually cancel online after one or two retention offers. Print and some older accounts are still routed to a chat agent or a phone call. Access runs to the end of the billing period.

Open your account menu and choose Subscription Overview
Under Manage Subscriptions, choose Cancel your subscription
Decline the retention offers and confirm
