Cancel O Globo

Sign in, pick the subscription, press Acessar detalhes, then Cancelar assinatura and give a reason. Access carries on to the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. An annual plan paid in instalments keeps charging those instalments.

Then O Globo cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Pick the O Globo or Globo Mais subscription and press Acessar detalhes
Press Cancelar assinatura and choose a reason
For the printed paper, use the Portal do Assinante at portaldoassinante.com.br
