Cancel One Medical
The Membership, Insurance and Billing settings page. Select Cancel Membership. That turns off auto renewal and you keep membership services until the end of the billing cycle. A membership bought through Amazon has to be cancelled on Amazon instead.

Signed up through Amazon?
Then One Medical cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in to the One Medical app or web app
- Open the Membership, Insurance and Billing settings page
- Select Cancel Membership
- If you or someone else bought the membership on Amazon, cancel it on Amazon instead
