Cancel Otter.ai

The Billing page holds Cancel plan. Pick a reason, read the pop-up, then Cancel subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Paid features run to the end of the period, then the workspace drops to free Basic.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Otter.ai cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at otter.ai as the workspace owner or an admin
  2. Open otter.ai/setting/plan, the Billing page
  3. Choose Cancel plan
  4. Pick a reason and continue, then Cancel subscription
