Cancel OTTplay

OTTplay Premium is cancelled inside your account: My Profile, then My Subscription, then Manage Subscription. The subscriber agreement says to cancel at least 2 days before the plan expires, that access runs to the end of the billing period, and that payments are non-refundable. If you subscribed through an app store or partner, cancel there.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then OTTplay cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in at ottplay.com or in the OTTplay app
Open My Profile
Open My Subscription
Choose Manage Subscription and cancel the plan or package
Do this at least 2 days before the plan expires, which is the deadline the subscriber agreement sets
If you subscribed through Google Play, the App Store or another partner service, cancel it in that account instead
