Cancel Oura
Sign in to the Membership Hub and choose Cancel Membership. You keep everything until the end of the billing cycle. Prepaid and annual plans are not refunded in part. On a phone, switch the browser to desktop view if the button hides.
Go to Oura’s cancel page
Opens membership.ouraring.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Oura cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Open membership.ouraring.com and sign in
- Choose Membership
- Select Cancel Membership and confirm
- Check the hub now shows the membership as cancelled
