Cancel Parallels

Sign in, open Active subscriptions for the product and click the subscription. In the Status box, Subscription Renewal shows Manage Subscription while auto renewal is on. Click it, then Cancel subscription, and confirm on the page that follows.

Opens my.parallels.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or PayPal?

Then Parallels cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at my.parallels.com
  2. Under the product, click Active subscriptions
  3. Click the subscription you want to stop
  4. In the Status box click Manage Subscription next to Subscription Renewal
  5. Click Cancel subscription and confirm on the next page
  6. If you bought in the Mac App Store, cancel through Apple instead
