Cancel PC Optimum Insiders
Sign in and cancel under Account, then Manage subscription. Outside Quebec you have to tell them at least five days before the end of the subscription period, access runs to the end of that term and the annual fee is not refunded. In Quebec the subscription ends immediately and the unused part of the annual fee is refunded pro rata.

- Open the Account section
- Choose Manage subscription and cancel there
- Or call PC Optimum on 1-866-727-6468
- Outside Quebec, do it at least five days before the period ends or it renews
- Your free PC Optimum membership and existing points are untouched by this

Quebec members are treated differently by the terms: cancellation takes effect immediately and the annual fee is refunded pro rata for the time left, while everywhere else the fee is non-refundable and the subscription runs to the end of the term.
