Cancel pCloud
Sign in, open your account avatar, choose Manage Subscription, then Cancel. The cancellation applies to the next billing period and you keep access until the current one ends. Cancelling is not a refund request.
Go to pCloud’s cancel page
Opens my.pcloud.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?
Then pCloud cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in at my.pcloud.com
- Click your account avatar
- Choose Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel and confirm
- If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead
