Cancel Peacock
The Plans and Payment page. Choose Change or Cancel Plan, then the Cancel Plan link, then confirm. The plan runs to the end of the paid term. No refunds unless the law requires one.

Then Peacock cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
