Cancel Peloton
You land on your membership list. Choose Manage next to the membership, then Pause or cancel, and pick cancel. Peloton offers a pause first, so read the buttons. Access runs to the end of the current billing period. Cancelling the membership does not stop hardware finance payments.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Peloton cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Sign in at onepeloton.com as the primary account holder
- Open account.onepeloton.com/mymembership
- Select Manage next to the membership
- Choose Pause or cancel, then choose cancel
- Confirm and keep the confirmation email
