Cancel Perplexity Pro

Settings, with Subscription listed under Perplexity Pro. Choose Manage Subscription to reach the current plan page, then Cancel subscription. Pro runs to the end of the billing cycle, then the account returns to free. Deleting your account does not stop billing, so cancel first.

Go to Perplexity Pro’s cancel page

Opens perplexity.ai in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Perplexity Pro cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at perplexity.ai
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll to Subscription under Perplexity Pro
  4. Choose Manage Subscription
  5. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm
  6. If the App Store or Google Play billed you, cancel in that store instead
