Cancel Persona Nutrition

There is no cancel button. Persona only cancels by live chat, email or phone on 1-800-983-3887. Cancelling on the day an order has already been processed will not stop that order shipping, so allow a few days before the next 28 day cycle.

Or email customercare@personanutrition.com, or open a ticket at support.personanutrition.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Ask for the subscription to be cancelled and get it confirmed in writing
Do this well before the next order processes, a cancellation on processing day does not stop that shipment
To only delay rather than stop, sign in and use Manage Subscription on the dashboard to push the next ship date out up to 60 days
