Cancel Petcube Care

Log in on the website, open the Subscriptions tab, pick the subscription and press Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal and refunds nothing already paid. In the app the path is the camera profile, the Settings wheel, Motion and Sound Detection, then the current subscription and Cancel subscription at the bottom.

Then Petcube Care cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Log in to your Petcube account on petcube.com
  2. Open the Subscriptions tab
  3. Select the subscription and press Cancel Subscription
  4. Or in the Petcube app: open the camera profile, tap the Settings wheel top right, choose Motion and Sound Detection, tap the current subscription, then Cancel subscription at the bottom
  5. Each camera can have its own Petcube Care subscription, so check every camera
