Cancel PharmEasy Plus

There is no cancel button. PharmEasy says to ask Customer Care to cancel the Plus membership, and that the refund is worked out from the date you bought it. The membership does not renew on its own: PharmEasy reminds you when it is about to expire and you choose whether to renew.

Steps

  1. Open the PharmEasy app or pharmeasy.in and go to the help centre, then PharmEasy Plus
  2. Start a chat or raise an issue with Customer Care, or call 076661 00300
  3. Ask them to cancel the Plus membership. The help centre says the refund is calculated from your date of purchase
  4. If you only want it to stop renewing, do nothing: the membership expires on its own and PharmEasy just sends a reminder
