Cancel PhysicsWallah

PhysicsWallah sells batches as one-off purchases, not as a renewing subscription, so nothing charges you again. Its refund policy is blunt: a purchase is not entitled to any refund and an online batch is non-refundable. The only relief is a batch change, to another batch of the same amount, within 10 days of buying.

PhysicsWallah has no page we can link to. The steps below are from their official help page.

Steps

  1. There is no cancel button and no cancellation. The PhysicsWallah refund policy says a purchase is not entitled to any refund and an online batch is non-refundable
  2. Bought the wrong batch? Ask to change it to another batch of the same amount, within 10 days of the purchase
  3. Email Support@pw.live with your order details to raise either request
  4. Access ends when the batch validity ends. There is no auto renewal to switch off
  5. If a payment is still recurring, check the UPI mandate in the app you paid with, since PhysicsWallah publishes no subscription management page
