Cancel PlayStation Plus
Sign in to Account Management, open Subscription, then select Cancel below PlayStation Plus. The membership stays active until the next payment date. You can also do this from Settings on a PS5 or PS4.
Go to PlayStation Plus’s cancel page
Opens playstation.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through PayPal?
Then PlayStation Plus cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
