Cancel Plex Pass

The Subscriptions and Payments page. Press Manage, then the cancel automatic renewal link. Cancelling stops the next renewal only, it does not refund what you already paid, and access lasts to the end of the term.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku or PayPal?

Then Plex Pass cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open plex.tv/subscription and sign in
  2. Open Subscriptions and Payments
  3. Press Manage next to the subscription
  4. Choose cancel automatic renewal
  5. If Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku bills you, cancel in that store instead
