This link takes you through login to the Payment and Insurance tab of your profile. Click the blue cancel your membership link and complete the flow. Finish at least one calendar day before the renewal date. If the link is missing you signed up with a different email address.

  1. Sign in at my.plushcare.com with the email address you signed up with
  2. Click your name, then Profile
  3. Open the Payment and Insurance tab
  4. Click the cancel your membership link and complete the process
  5. Do it at least one calendar day before the membership renews
  6. Or call the Care Team on (800) 221-5140 or email info@plushcare.com
