Cancel PocketGuard

Sign in on the web, open the Settings tab, click Customer Portal, then Cancel plan. In the app it is the sidebar, Billing, then Modify subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the next month is charged.

Opens secure.pocketguard.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then PocketGuard cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open secure.pocketguard.com and sign in
  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Click Customer Portal
  4. Click Cancel plan
  5. If you subscribed inside the app, use the sidebar, then Billing, then Modify subscription
