Cancel Prime Video
Prime Video Settings, Your Account tab. Under Prime and Subscriptions you can cancel Prime Video Ultra and any channels. Prime Video that came with Amazon Prime only stops when you end the Prime membership itself.
Go to Prime Video’s cancel page
Opens amazon.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Roku?
Then Prime Video cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect
Buried in settingsIf the button does not land you there
- Sign in at amazon.com
- Open Prime Video Settings, then Your Account
- Under Prime and Subscriptions find the subscription
- Choose Cancel and confirm
- If Prime Video came with Amazon Prime, end the Prime membership in Your Account instead

Amazon storefronts differ by country. Use the same country site you subscribed on, for example amazon.co.uk or amazon.de.
