Cancel Private Internet Access

Sign in to the Client Control Panel. Under Next Billing, select Turn off auto-renewal and confirm. You should see Auto-renewal was successfully turned off. Your account runs to the end of the paid term. Cancelling does not refund you.

Opens privateinternetaccess.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Private Internet Access cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
