Cancel Proton Mail

Sign in, open Settings, All settings, then Subscription. Scroll to Cancel subscription, select Continue, then confirm. You stay on the paid plan until the period ends, then drop to free. If your mailbox is over the free 1 GB limit, sending and receiving stop until you free space.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Proton Mail cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
