Cancel PureGym
Sign in and the freeze or cancel page opens. A monthly direct debit membership can be cancelled here, but do it at least four working days before the next payment. Fixed term memberships paid upfront cannot be cancelled online.

- Sign in to the PureGym Member's Area
- Open the Freeze or cancel page
- Choose to cancel, not freeze, and confirm
- Do this at least four working days before your next direct debit
- If you are on a fixed term membership, email member.services@puregym.com instead

PureGym is UK based and the four working day notice is tied to the direct debit cycle. Denmark is different: Fitness World became PureGym Denmark, fitnessworld.com now 302s to puregym.dk, the member area is Mit PureGym at mit.puregym.dk, and the notice is the running month plus one more.
