Cancel QuickBooks
Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager, open Products and billing, pick the company, find the product and select Cancel. Intuit steers people to an expert chat first. Export reports before you go, access to the data ends.
Go to QuickBooks’s cancel page
Opens accounts.intuit.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then QuickBooks cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect
Buried in settingsIf the button does not land you there
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager at accounts.intuit.com
- Select Products and billing, then your company name
- Find the product you want to stop and select Cancel
- Follow the on screen steps until you get the confirmation
- If you subscribed in the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there instead
