Cancel Qustodio

Qustodio's Customer Portal, where a plan bought on the Qustodio website is cancelled and auto renewal turned off. If you subscribed inside the Parents App through the App Store or Google Play, Qustodio holds no billing details and you have to cancel there instead.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Qustodio cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open subscription.qustodio.com and log in
  2. Open your subscription and turn off auto renewal or cancel it
  3. If you paid through the App Store, cancel under Subscriptions in iOS Settings
  4. If you paid through Google Play, cancel under Payments and subscriptions
  5. If a mobile operator sells you Qustodio, contact them instead
