Cancel RACV

RACV cancels car insurance online, but personal membership and Emergency Roadside Assistance only by phone on 13 72 28 or in an RACV store. Its own FAQ says so. There is no cancel control for membership in the online account.

Steps

  1. Call RACV on 13 72 28 and ask to cancel your membership or roadside assistance
  2. Or visit an RACV store
  3. Have your Member number ready, which is in the RACV App and your online account
  4. Car insurance is different: open my.racv.com.au or the RACV App, select the policy and use Cancel product
