Cancel Railway
Railway bills a workspace. Change the plan from the workspace billing page and the change lands at the start of the next billing cycle. Resource usage keeps being charged while anything is still deployed, so remove your services too.

- Sign in at railway.com
- Open the workspace you are paying for
- Open Billing, then change the plan down
- Delete or pause remaining services so usage stops accruing
