The ご契約内容の確認・変更 page. Scroll to ご解約, tap 解約ページへ, scroll the confirmation page and tap 解約を完了する. Paid plans run to the end of the term; a free trial ends the moment you cancel.

Open magazine.rakuten.co.jp/mypage and sign in with your Rakuten ID
Scroll down to ご解約 and choose 解約ページへ
Scroll the ご解約確認 page to the bottom
Choose 解約を完了する
Check the page says 解約が完了いたしました and watch for the confirmation email
If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead
