Your 購入履歴 page listing every 定額見放題 pack. Choose 解約手続きへ under the one you want, close or answer the survey, then press 解約する. No pro rata refund, and a free trial ends the moment you cancel.

  1. Open tv.rakuten.co.jp/purchase_history/svod/ in a browser and sign in, the app cannot cancel
  2. Find the 定額見放題 pack you want to stop
  3. Choose 解約手続きへ under its title
  4. Answer the survey or close it with the x
  5. Check the pack name and choose 解約する
  6. Look for 定額見放題が解約されました and the confirmation email
