Cancel Rappi Pro

There is no web page. Rappi's own terms put the cancel button inside the app, behind the support icon, and ask you to pick a reason and type a short explanation. Nothing already charged is refunded and Rappi Pro runs to the end of the 30 day period.

  1. Open the Rappi app and tap the support icon at the top left of the home screen
  2. Open Rappi Pro, under Mi Cuenta
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap the green Necesitas ayuda? button
  4. Tap Cancelar mi Suscripcion
  5. Pick a reason, write a short explanation, then tap Cancelar suscripcion

Other countries

Argentina: Rappi's Boton de Arrepentimiento page, published under Ley 24.240 and Resolucion 424/2020, gives the same in-app path: Mi Perfil, Rappi Pro, Necesitas ayuda?, Cancelar Suscripcion.
