Cancel Rosetta Stone

Sign in, open My Account, and under Your products choose Turn off auto renew. On the newer Sapphire app it is the profile icon, then Account settings, then Manage subscription. Log in first, then open this link.

Go to Rosetta Stone’s cancel page

Opens login.rosettastone.com in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then Rosetta Stone cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at login.rosettastone.com
  2. Click the language you are learning at the top right, then My Account
  3. Under Your products, choose Turn off auto renew
  4. On Sapphire, use the profile icon, then Account settings, then Manage subscription
  5. If you bought in an app store, turn off renewal there instead

Other countries

rosettastone.com redirects by country, for example to au.rosettastone.com, so account paths on the marketing site are not stable.
