Cancel RuneScape

Log in, then find the membership section of Account Settings and stop the recurring payment. Membership runs to the end of the paid period. Memberships bought in the mobile apps are billed by Apple or Google and have to be cancelled there.

Then RuneScape cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
