Cancel Runna

Web subscriptions are billed by Paddle. Log in to the Paddle customer portal with your Runna account email and press Cancel Subscription. Cancel a monthly plan at least 24 hours before renewal. An annual plan keeps running for the full twelve months you paid for.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Runna cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Open the Runna customer portal on Paddle
Log in with the email address on your Runna account
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions
If you subscribed in the app instead, cancel in the App Store or Google Play
