Cancel Saxo Premium

This is the shortcut Saxo itself gives to Mit Medlemskab under Mit Saxo. Press Opsig and follow the steps. A confirmation email arrives afterwards, and Saxo treats that email as the proof the membership is ended.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Log in at saxo.com with your email and password
  2. Open Mit Saxo, then Mit Medlemskab, or go straight to saxo.com/user/abonnement
  3. Press Opsig and follow the steps
  4. Keep the confirmation email
  5. If you signed up through the Saxo app on an iPhone or iPad, cancel through your Apple ID instead, Saxo cannot do it for you
  6. If nothing works, email info@saxo.com or call 38 15 05 10
