Cancel San Francisco Chronicle
The terms say you cancel by calling Customer Service on 800-310-2455 or emailing membership@sfchronicle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds or credits are given for what is left.

Then San Francisco Chronicle cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Sign in and open sfchronicle.com/account, which sends you to the Manage Subscription portal
- If there is no cancel option there, call Customer Service on 800-310-2455
- Or email membership@sfchronicle.com
- If you subscribed in the app, cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account instead
