Cancel Shadow

Sign in to your Shadow account, open PCs under Shadow PC, pick the subscription and choose Cancel my subscription at the bottom, then confirm. You keep it to the end of the billing month. Back up your files first, Shadow deletes your data after it ends.

Opens shadow.tech in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through PayPal?

Then Shadow cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in to your Shadow account at shadow.tech/account
Under Shadow PC, click PCs
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Click Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page and confirm
Download anything you need from Shadow Drive before the period ends
