Cancel Shadow
Sign in to your Shadow account, open PCs under Shadow PC, pick the subscription and choose Cancel my subscription at the bottom, then confirm. You keep it to the end of the billing month. Back up your files first, Shadow deletes your data after it ends.

- Under Shadow PC, click PCs
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page and confirm
- Download anything you need from Shadow Drive before the period ends
