Cancel Shopify

Log in as the store owner first. On the Plan page press Cancel plan, then work past the downgrade and Pause and build offers, pick Cancel my plan and uninstall all apps, give a reason and re-enter your password. Pending charges are billed.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in to the Shopify admin as the store owner
Go to Settings, then Plan
Click Cancel plan, or Cancel trial if you are still in the free trial
Skip the downgrade, Pause and build and new store offers
Select Cancel my plan and uninstall all apps, then Continue
Pick a reason, click Continue, enter your password and confirm
