Log in first, the link does not carry you back. Every cancellation starts in the Cancel plan module on the Plans page. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month. An annual plan billed monthly gives you Cancel at end of term, which keeps billing you until the twelve months are up.

- Find the Cancel plan module
- Click Cancel plan
- On an annual plan billed monthly, choose Cancel at end of term or the early option offered
- For a pack, switch off auto refill on the same page
