Cancel Simple
Every route runs through the app, a website subscription included. Tap the profile icon, tap Manage subscription twice, verify by email code, open Plan Management and choose Turn off auto renewal, then finish a short survey. Commitment plans have a separate flow.

- Open the Simple app and tap the profile icon at the top of the Home or My Plan tab
- Tap Manage subscription, then tap it again on the next screen
- Enter the email you subscribed with and the code sent to it
- Scroll down on your profile page and tap Plan Management
- Choose Turn off auto renewal
- Complete the short survey and wait for the confirmation
