Cancel SimpliSafe

There is no cancel page open to everyone. SimpliSafe routes cancellations through its support team, by chat or on 1-888-783-8441, and only the Account Owner can do it. Where required, residents of some states can start a cancellation from Manage Account on SimpliSafe.com during standard hours.

Steps

Start a chat with SimpliSafe support, or call 1-888-783-8441
Ask to cancel the monitoring plan, only the Account Owner can do this
You may need to verify your identity with your Safe Word
Where required, residents of some states can instead open SimpliSafe.com, click the Account icon on the Home Screen, then Security Dashboard, then Manage Account, and start the cancellation at the bottom of the screen during standard hours
Ask for written confirmation and the date the plan ends
