Cancel Simply Draw

There is no cancel page. An App Store or Google Play subscription is cancelled in that store. A card subscription is only cancelled by asking the Simply Draw support team, in the app or by email. Access runs to the end of the current billing period.

Steps

  1. App Store: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Simply Draw, tap Cancel Subscription
  2. Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, choose Simply Draw, tap Cancel subscription
  3. Card purchase: chat to support in the app or email draw@hellosimply.com and ask them to cancel
  4. PayPal: open your PayPal account, Payments, Automatic Payments, select JoyTunes or Simply by JoyTunes and cancel
  5. Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the charge
  6. Deleting the app does not cancel anything
