Cancel Simply Sing

There is no cancel page. An App Store or Google Play subscription is cancelled in that store. A card subscription is only cancelled by asking the Simply Sing support team, in the app or by email. Access runs to the end of the current billing period.

Then Simply Sing cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Steps

App Store: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Simply Sing, tap Cancel Subscription
Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, choose Simply Sing, tap Cancel subscription
Card purchase: chat to support in the app or email sing@hellosimply.com and ask them to cancel
Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the charge
Deleting the app does not cancel anything
