Cancel SiriusXM

For a plan SiriusXM bills directly, open the Subscriptions tab in the Online Account Center and cancel there. Chat and phone on 866-635-8641 are the other two routes SiriusXM offers. Anything billed by Apple, Google Play, Roku or T-Mobile has to be cancelled with that provider, not here.

  2. Open the Subscriptions tab
  3. Select the radio or plan and cancel it
  4. If the option is missing, use live chat or call 866-635-8641
  5. If Apple, Google Play, Roku or T-Mobile bills you, cancel with them instead
