Cancel SiteGround

Press Settings next to the plan, open the kebab menu on the right and choose Cancel, then pick when it should end. Cancelling immediately deletes the sites and all their data straight away, so take a backup before you confirm.

Signed up through PayPal?

Then SiteGround cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at my.siteground.com
  2. Open Services, then Hosting
  3. Press Settings next to the plan you want to end
  4. Click the kebab menu on the right and select Cancel
  5. Choose when the cancellation should take effect and confirm
