Cancel Sky TV

Sky does not let you cancel Sky TV online. You have to contact Sky and give at least 31 days notice, and that notice cannot end before your minimum term finishes. Early termination charges can apply and have to be paid up front. Cancelling Sky TV also ends Sky Go, Multiscreen, On Demand, Ultimate TV and Sky Cinema.

Sign in to My Sky at sky.com/myaccount and check your minimum term end date under Your package
Contact Sky using the options at sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky and ask to cancel Sky TV
Give at least 31 days notice, which cannot end before your minimum term finishes
Leave your Direct Debit running until the final bill has cleared, further payments may still be due
Return any Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream equipment Sky asks for, using the returns method provided

United Kingdom cooling off period is 31 days from delivery, installation or written confirmation of the terms, which is longer than the 14 days the law requires. Ireland is 14 days.
